In a market over-communicating a sense of 'unparalleled opulence and luxury', an opportunity was seen for Sanctuary Falls to break with tradition and create truly distinctive online web presence. The Sanctuaryfalls.com website has a unique, natural, and organic interface which seamlessly integrates with its focus on the end-user community experience. This site also has a purpose-built villa feature viewer, and up-to-date dynamic community construction slideshow viewer. Shaikh-Holdings.com
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
One of the challenges for the application of a website for Shaikh Holdings was to interpret the established and more traditional brand mark in a design that is modern, simple and sophisticated. At a fundamental level, the strategic direction was to take this very traditional element and fuse it within a contemporary context. The end result exudes a timeless quality and on a technical level, readily showcases the company's focus on golf and waterfront developments. Visit www.shaikh-holdings.com
TheExecutiveTowers.com
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
During Dubai's property boom, theexecutivetowers.com needed a website which could be largely automated to meet the demand to service potential buyers. The challenge for theexecutivetowers.com was to allow buyers to book units in the project in real-time, online, while providing the same level of understanding one received in person. What has been delivered is a cutting-edge online application that not only allows units to be immediately reserved, but allowed users to rotate the development and tower of choice. This enables the viewer to better understand each floor and unit of choice in a 3D environment. The website was truly ground-breaking at its release for its well executed combination of Flash / 3D / ASP architecture.
